The string of events that had occurred in these past few days, left me totally pooped. I could hardly muster enough energy to drag myself to work.
Beach Volleyball competition (2 April)
I almost died when I realized it was pouring that particular morning. There was no wet weather plan. Hello, what kind of wet weather contingency are you thinking of, for beach volley? Play while holding brollies? Thank God (literally) it stopped when we arrived at Sentosa. The competition was delayed and ended slightly later. Still, I’d consider it not too badly done for a first-time event. Oh yes, and we concluded: volleyball players are pretty hot. Both the gals and the guys.
Ended the day with a decent meal by the beach, followed by a tour of the isle. Very haha-strange for none of us were tourists.
If any of you people (DL team, Jennifer & dog & friend, Cindy & Raymond, James, Ian, Yancy, Navy… even the participants) happen to chance upon my blog, just wanna say a great big THANK YOU for making this competition happen. J
Submission of articles
You may wanna skip this bit. Tore my hair out writing articles and CD reviews. Due to lack of time, they probably stank.
New Boss
Can’t comment coz I don’t know her too well. I think we can learn a lot from her since she’s been in the line for eons, though I hope she’ll try to be patient towards us.
Car-less Days
Stupid car broke down on Monday morning. Ominous sign for the date was 04/04. Sei-sei in Cantonese, which translates into ‘dead-dead’. Aiyoh. Will post a separate entry on this pathetic experience.
Anyway, I’m usually a laidback person, but the desire to finally succeed, is eerily overwhelming. Have this urge to prove to the whole wide world that my radio station is freaking good. Not just acceptable, but really helluva G-R-E-A-T.

Dog's name is Kopi. Jen's friend's name is Solomon.
Kopi barked," Woof woof", means you are welcome.
