listening to nelly's 'My Place'...
Despite the grogginess from last night's drinks, woke up early to send the family baby to the driving centre for his theory test. We spoil him, but fortunately he's not a brat. Took a different route instead of the usual one. Long drive in an unfamiliar area, on a cool morning is better than breakfast. I felt so alive and rejuvenated.

Addicted to telly
Bad bad Kay. I've been spending too much time in front of the idiot box recently.
Lurve Pimp My Ride!!! Take mine! Take mine!
If there was a remote chance that the crew could work on my old car, I wouldn't have bought Zappy. Much as I love Zap, old rides tend to have bigger personalities.
Take Zappy! Take Zappy!
(Zappy to Kay: You ungrateful b*tch.)
The Complete Tekong Experience
Was there for enlistment show with Rozz and she brought us to the canteen to 'complete your Tekong experience'. I never knew they sold instant noodles on that little isle. All the uncle had to do was boil some water, cut the packet, throw in all the MSG, put it on a plate and charge you four times the cost price. Bravo uncle! For your enterprising ways! I wish I had thought of it first.
Job vs Studies
I cleared my exams!!! However, before I could jump with jubilation, the schedule for practical lessons brought me down to earth with a crash boom bang. More than 30 sessions? Gosh, I can't even cope with 18 for the last semester. It's getting more difficult to balance between work and studies, more often than not, I have to cut classes to do evening/ night events. Mom's advice: Quit my job.
Vroom-vroom
On the topic of work, this ad caught my eye in today's papers. 'Personal driver for MD wanted. Must be billingual and possess Class 3 license. N or O level cert holder. Good pay...'
I love driving, I'm effectively billingual, I have a class 3 license and I'm a degree holder.
Ta-dah! I can be a chauffeur if I ever quit my job.
I'm not kidding. I truly think it's quite fun. And if my boss is yucky, I can always drop him/ her off on the expressway or leave him/ her stranded in some remote corner of Singapore...
