BM's Bachelorette Night

listening to korn's 'Twisted Transistor'...

A while back we were still busy buying last minute Christmas gifts, and the next thing you know, we've plunged into the midst of February.

There are events that I still haven't written about. With my bad memory and absent-mindedness, I'll definitely forget them in time to come. Mom thinks I'll get an early onset of dementia and soon I won't be able to recall my own name or wipe my own butt. My excuse is that it's selective memory, but somehow, there's a little nagging fear that my memory is getting from bad to worse. Here goes...
~~~
Hen's Night No. 2 (BM's)
Memorable highlights include:
1. BM's personalised checklist (E, don't worry, yours will be different...)
2. Our atrocious attempts at posing like the FHM gals on the poker cards.
3. Random choices of colourless alcohol.
You could get lychee 7up, gin tonic or vodka 7up.
Nobody really wanted the G&T, so we were sniffing at the drinks.
4. You've probably heard of Bananarama. What about BananaRubber?
5. Numerous propositions by Zouk men to strip for our hen's party.
6. Bad music (all night) at Zouk, Phuture, Velvet and Winebar... *makes face*
7. Knicker shots. We were crazy by then. Wei couldn't even remember!
Interesting observation:
People tend to say they're drunk when they're not, and that they're not drunk when they really are.
Quote of the night by BM:
"You must all wear this veil, so that you can all get married!"
We all wore it.
So, anyone wants to borrow this lucky charm?
Brilliant! Let's do it! The lychee liqueur is still sitting in my house, I can bring it along :)
However, I wouldn't advise us to drink and do our manicures concurrently...
