It's a small world after all

listening to jamie cullum's 'Mind Trick'...
He's coming to Singapore in April! I'm thinking of attending his concert. I enjoy his songs, and it helps that he's boyish cute.

Good places to meet friends:

1. Shoes section @ Tangs
Met SY on Thursday. Dear gal's going away to Jakarta on a business trip for three weeks. There after, she'll be heading for Shanghai. Sigh... Globalisation just means that all your friends keep going away.

Dinner was Jap food and great conversation. We went off to look at shoes after dinner coz SY wanted to buy a pair of new ones. While browsing, we bumped into Joanne, whom I haven't seen for quite some time, at the Tangs shoe section.
That's one friend.

I love shoes. Did I tell you I love shoes? Especially quirky, funny, one-of-a-kind ones... Currently trying to find a pair to replace my old yellow pumps. Saw a pair of banana yellow slip-ons. It was just plain ugly. Ugh. Was telling SY that much as I like weird shoes, I could never compromise and get that particular pair, when I felt my radar twitching.

"Someone else heard me," my sixth sense said.

Turned my head up and saw a petite woman in red looking at me.
Two seconds later. Blink blink. AHHHH!!!! E!!!!!!
Was overjoyed to see her and XJ. Decided I should buy them both the ugly shoes for their wedding presents. That's what friends are for :)

Three friends in the same night. How nice!

2. Winebar
As usual, Friday's WB was a reunion session. People I know, people I hardly know, people I don't want to know...

3. CMPB canteen
Most recent addition, my senior, who's here on course.
