An odd pair. Strange collaboration. Even more baffling, it works. The tune sticks in my head and I actually hum along with Fei Yu Qing. *shudder*

The Mad Pack turned up in full force at Greenwood to spy on SL, her friends and her blind date. Initially only three persons were there, but gradually, we all streamed in, and ended up swarming the restaurant. I guess we weren't discreet enough coz SL's friend recognised us and acknowledged our presence. Oops. More detective remedial lessons required.
After dinner, we searched for a place to sit and drink. Found the newly opened joint, Covo, round the bend. The owner's an interior designer, which explains the impeccable taste in his choice of deco. You have to check out the tap. It stumped SL. Service was attentive and the desserts were pretty good. BW ordered a chocolate cake, and when it arrived we rushed upon it like crazed pirhanas. The second cake was also gone within minutes.
Nice quaint place without overzealous waiters... I bet we'll be hanging out there more often in the near future.
