Defence mechanism

listening to coco lee's 'Hip Hop Tonight'...

The mimosa plant folds its leaves when touched.

The skunk lets off a foul stench when provoked.
The ostrich hides its head.
The bull frog bulges itself.
The millipede coils up.
Plants and animals' defence mechanisms.

Kay's method:

When faced with unpleasant situations or things that I cannot handle, I become extremely tired and weary. My eyes refuse to stay open and my body craves sleep. The brain stops functioning and I need to shut down my system. Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
It's been proven several times, including yesterday. Never knew a chanced meeting and a simple conversation could be so draining.
If only I had run into the house immediately. If only I didn't spend time lingering at my car. Then maybe I wouldn't feel so washed out today.
