listening to david tao's 'Liu Sha'...
爱情好像流沙 我不说话
等待黑暗 让泪能流下
爱情好像流沙 明知该躲它
无法自拔 OH BABY 是我太傻
For those whose computers don't support Chinese fonts, you should be looking at little square boxes on your screens. This particular part of the song is describing love as quicksand. You know you should walk away, but you can't help it. Once again, you get pulled back into the pit.
Conclusion:You are stupid.
Bugger. The translation isn't quite accurate.
I swear I do a better job for work-related stuff.
Coming back to the office on a wet cold Sunday sucks.
Went to the driving range in the morning, and because I was afraid I'd be late for work, I rushed through the basket of balls and played really, really badly.
More haste, less speed.

Wei and I met for water on Wednesday. Caught up with the rest on both Friday and Saturday. Disregarding major events like weddings and hen's nights, this was an amazing feat. Everyone's so busy these days!
Brewerkz on Friday in honour of Wei, who's back from studies, and E, whose birthday was on Friday. E could only join us after the stroke of midnight. She had to work late even though it was her birthday. Poor thing! Btw, one of the better perks we have in the station is that we're entitled to birthday leaves. *evil laugh* muahahaha!!!
BM was leaving on Saturday to look for her hubby in China. Seems like it's freezing cold in Suzhou now. Thus began our conversation about weather.
XL: Bring long johns. They keep you warm.
Kay: Eeks. So ugly! Cringe!
XL: Alamak. You'll be wearing them inside. Who's gonna see you in them? Unless some guy takes off your clothes. Then he'll go, 'OMG! Thermal wear!!!'.
Kay: Hmm. BM's visiting her hubby. Maybe the Neos are planning to have a 'Made In China' baby come next year.
XL: Nah, it doesn't matter. Knowing EC, he'll be wearing long johns too. They can both go 'Yucks! Thermal wear!' together.
Silence. Then we collapsed in hilarity.
