Dr Ben has decided to try his hands at food photography. Which is great, since everyone appreciates beautiful pictures of mouth-watering cuisines.
Like this one of the toufu mushroom broccoli...
And the mussels...
S was adverse to the mussels coz they looked different from those he'd eaten before. We also learnt that he doesn't take anything that's served with the head attached, e.g. fish, chicken. That's why we're gonna eat an entire suckling pig soon. *evil glint*
Not to forget the feature of the night... Crab bee hoon!
The bee hoon was soft and tasty, but the smell of the ocean (my gentle way of saying fishy, which is inaccurate coz it's crab, not fish!) was rather strong. For those who aren't fanatics, I think it'd be safer to stick to black pepper or chilli crabs.
There's no picture of the deep fried fish skin, grilled ribs in stout, bak choy with century eggs and salted eggs, soursop with longan, or the orr-nee (yam paste) because our photographer was too engrossed in eating.
MISSION FAILED!!! Hahahaha...Who can blame him? It's hard to resist yummy food.
