Can't believe 2009 is here! Before we know it, 2010 creeps up on us and we join the dinosaurs and the dodos.

Making self-improvement New Year's resolutions often leaves people feeling worse, the British mental health charity Mind has warned.

So don't bother asking me what are my NY resolutions coz Kay's not making any. I like my sanity.
