I am. I was VERY lucky yesterday.
We were all sitting in our own cars at the road junction. Most of us also noticed the minor accident across the road. I was wondering if the police car in front of me was dispatched to settle the dispute. The car beside me inched forward. Everyone was just waiting for the lights to change.

We were all sitting in our own cars at the road junction. Most of us also noticed the minor accident across the road. I was wondering if the police car in front of me was dispatched to settle the dispute. The car beside me inched forward. Everyone was just waiting for the lights to change.
Suddenly an SUV from the opposite side of the road lost control and rammed into landed on top of the road divider. Its bonnet also hit the car next to mine. The broken parts, including the bumper strip, flew into the air and landed on surrounding cars. My eyes followed the trajectory of these flying pieces and I couldn't stop gaping. Everything happened so fast but I felt like I was watching an action movie played back in slow motion.
The policemen and the affected drivers alighted to inspect the damages. When I left, the SUV driver was still revving his engine desperately, trying to get his car off the divider and the other car.
I'm just glad Zappy was spared.
