叉烧不见天

listening to timbaland feat. katy perry's 'If We Ever Meet Again'...
Will somebody who understands this music video please enlighten me?
~~~
Robin and I decided to check out this famous wonton noodle stall in Tiong Bahru. According to reliable sources, they serve one of the best char siew in town. We arrived slightly earlier than its official opening hours (not because we were kiasu hor!) and were lucky enough to be the first few customers. At 1030am, the crazy queue started forming. After I said neh-neh-ni-boo-boo to those waiting in line, we tucked into our plates of goodness.
I shall borrow L'oreal's tag: "Becoz I'm worth it." TOTALLY YUMMY! Springy noodles, just right amount of seasoning, big juicy wontons and mostly importantly, the special 不见天 char siew.
Quiz time: Which part of the pig does the 不见天char siew come from?
