Multiple personalities

listening to the pussy cat dolls' 'Don't Cha'...

Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me?
Don't cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me?
Don't cha?
Don't cha?

Man, the lyrics are corny but I like!!!

Dad and Mom are out of town this week, and Bro's in camp. Lil Sis and I have to take care of each other. Wait, retract that statement. She's taking really good care of me. Woke up at 5ish to make me mixed grain porridge with wolfberries and essence. *muack muack* Luv ya!

Besides lack of sleep, these few days hadn't been too bad.

On Friday - Girls just wanna have fun

Lil Sis shocked me with her puffy eyes when I got home in the evening.
'I'm watching Dr Wee's memorial services on telly. It's so touching,' she sniffed.
Best speech of the week was the eulogy by Dr Wee's granddaughter.

Went pub-hopping with TY and YY.
Thumper's queue was too long, we didn't have the patience to wait. Stood in line for ten seconds and scooted.
Rouge was too empty, we weren't interested. Fortunately we got in for free.
In the end, we ended up in MU coz TY's friend signed us in.

Music was techno rubbish, except for one decent hour of top 40. Not-so-hot chicks gyrating against the bar top poles nearly gave me heart seizures. Shivers...
Since we couldn't dance, and there weren't cute guys, three of us just indulged in alcohol for the whole night. Conclusion: companionship beats ambience.
Will do it again soon, but for now, my liver needs a rest.
I am Hardened-Liver Chick.

On Saturday - Nonstop working

Slept at 5am, woke up at 8. Simple breakfast with my favourite people aka my family.
Helped out the parents at clinic later, and after which went to work in the evening. Stayed till almost nine. Almost wept when my head hit the pillow at one am.
I am Energizer Gal.

On Sunday - Singapore Kampong

Hosted a Beautiful Mom/ Cute Kid competition. Wow, I never knew such a place still existed in Singapore. I shall call it Ulu Mall.
Prize presentation was exciting. I was the host AND the prize presenter.
Roses that were to be handed to participants, were placed in a common white plastic bag. The kind we use to line the dustbins at home.
I had one leg on stage and the other offstage, to reach for the flowers for there was no one to hand them to me. Luckily I could keep my balance.
I am Kungfu Babe.
