So there was a poll held recently.
The goal was to create healthy competition in the radio industry.
Not a bad thing, except in our station, we’re a peace-loving bunch. We prefer applauding the others, while striving for self-improvement.
After the results were released, I received several congratulatory messages. In order not to seem like an ungrateful brat, to the organizers, and to ye all who voted (intentionally or accidentally), danke/merci/arigato/kamsahamnida/terimah kesih/thank you/谢谢.
Bro came home with the papers and started teasing.
B: Eh eh, fave female jock in 833 issit?
Kay: Shuddup. And it’s 883, not 833.
B: (points to papers) See, it says 833 here.
Kay: Typo error.
B: Why didn’t they put your photo on it? Too ugly?
Kay: They did.
B: Where?
Kay: (points to papers) Here.
B: That’s not you. It’s written here ‘朱茵’.
Kay: Typo error again.
